The throwing dummy is made from super heavy duty canvas that will last through your hardest days of training.
Reinforced stitching on key stress points of the dummy allows for throwing/lifting, sweeping, leg picks, and strikes to the body and face.
The throwing dummy also has an optional training jacket and belt for a more realistic feel. Practice throwing from different grip styles and hold-downs and chokes with the feature of the lapel or remove the jacket for no gi style training. The versatility of this dummy allows you to practice ALL of your moves.
