We plan to have the next women's self defence class each Friday on June 2nd, 9th, 16th, & 23rd, 2023. Please subscribe to get on our mailing list and don't miss out on the next defence class!
We can support up to 20 ladies easily, maybe more. We offer this to small groups or just the general public.
These classes will be the first 4 Fridays, during the evenings @ 6:45pm - 8:45pm. If you are unable to make a session, it's okay. Each session will not depend on a previous one.
Classes are for ages 13+ unless you are accompanied by an adult. Wear comfortable clothing.
We are located at 398 Salisbury Rd, Moncton, NB, Uplands Baptist Church in the basement. Get signed up today!
Costs would be $50 per person, and $25 for your daughter if she comes with you, or $100/hour for each 12 person group if you are scheduled by an organisation.
